About the Corrales Bistro Brewery:

The Corrales Bistro Brewery was first opened in January of 2007. It is owned by Fritz Allen, who also owns Hanselmann Pottery, a business located in The Corrales Artisan Center with The Corrales Bistro Brewery.

The Bistro serves lunch and dinner everyday with locally brewed New Mexican beers and quality wines. We host live music many evenings by artists such as Rex Warren, Bill West, the Squash Blossom Boys, the Moore Twins, the NOMS, Chamberlain and Duvall, Rio Duende and more!
